I've never booked entertainment before, how does it work?

We have made booking with Ali K. Zam Productions as easy as possible. Once you have considered a few possible dates and times for your birthday party, contact Leif David for availability. Once we have agreed to a final date and time, you can go about making the rest of your party arrangements. We will contact you several days prior your party to confirm Leif David's performance and ensure that no changes need to be made to the schedule. Unlike some other performers, no deposit is required. Leif David will arrive at the pre-determined location approximately 15-20 minutes before the start time to set up. Due to the fact that Leif David is completely self-contained you don't need to provide a thing. We ask that you please have payment ready before the show begins.

I'm worried that the entertainment will be late or won't show up at all, do you provide any guarantee?

Leif David has been providing birthday party solutions to the Okanagan Valley since 1993 for thousands of audiences. We are a professional business that works hard to put your mind at ease. We always phone the customer the day prior to the party to confirm details, and offer a 100% money back guarantee.

How do I pay Leif David?

Unlike many other entertainers, there is no deposit required. However, we do ask that you please have cash or cheque ready payable to "Ali K. Zam Productions" prior to the commencement of the show.

Do the kids get to keep anything from the magic show?

Yes. There are magic theme goodie bags available at an additonal cost which includes: A magic activity sheet, stickers, a magic trick and membership to Leif David's online magic club. There are also Official Magicians Wands available.

My children are shy; will Leif David make fun of them or force them on stage?

Leif David has created a highly entertaining show that is great for all ages. His show incorporates lots of audience participation during the show, but volunteers are always picked by raising their own hands - no one is ever forced on stage and jokes are never made at the expense of those who come up to help.

Will I need to provide anything for the magic show?

Leif David is completely self-contained, meaning you don't need to provide a thing. The only requirement is enough room to perform and an outlet to plug in the stereo.

How much space is needed?

The great benefit to hiring Leif David for your child's birthday party is that he only needs an area of about 6feet x 4feet. Thus, his show can be performed in a living room or family room without any problems.

Will Leif David leave a big mess for me to clean up after the show is over?

Absolutely not! There is nothing for you to clean up after the magic show.

How does Leif David dress?

Leif David is dressed in a full tuxedo, or black suit with jacket and red shirt for every performance.

Can I invite parents and siblings to stay and watch the show as well?

Please do. Invite as many guests as you can - the bigger the group, the better the show. Just let Leif David know how many people there will be when you book the show.

Can I take photos or record the show?

You may record portions of the show, but not the entire show. Photography of the show is encouraged! It's a great way to remember that special day.

How far does Leif David travel?

For shows outside Peachland, Westbank and Kelowna, a standard per kilometer cost is added onto the cost of the show. Leif David has performed across the Pacific Northwest.
